What is the minimum order quantity?
The MOQ for most products is 10 units. Send us the items and quantities you are considering, and we will confirm the available options.
How are wholesale discounts calculated?
Wholesale prices exclude shipping and are more competitive than the retail prices shown online, giving you more room for resale margins. Exact pricing depends on product selection, total quantity, packaging and order requirements. We provide a tailored quote after reviewing your inquiry.
How long will my order take?
Timing depends on stock, quantity, packaging and destination. Most standard orders are prepared or produced within 3–5 business days. We will confirm the processing time and estimated dispatch date before your order is finalized. International transit time is quoted separately.
Can you provide custom packaging?
Yes. We can discuss OPP simple packaging or custom paper-box packaging. Artwork, specifications, quantity requirements and cost will be confirmed by email.
